Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept orders from customers worldwide.


How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are made-to-order.

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment:

    • United States: 5–9 business days

    • Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

    • Rest of World: 9–18 business days

What is the difference between plastic and rubber cases?

  • Plastic cases are made from rigid polycarbonate (PC), offering strong impact resistance and a sleek appearance. They are durable but may be more prone to surface scratches.

  • Rubber cases are made from flexible TPU material, known for better grip, bending strength, and scratch resistance.


Can you explain the color options?

Color options refer to the case color, not the printed image.

The selected color appears on the back and sides of the case and may be visible as a border when viewed from the front. We recommend choosing a color that complements your phone.


My case arrived but does not fit my phone. What should I do?

Please double-check that the selected model matches your phone version before ordering. Some cases are designed for specific models and may not fit carrier-specific or regional variants.

Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to become active after shipment.

If your tracking number does not update after several days, please contact our support team for assistance.


My package shows delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.

If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue.
